In the centre of the peaceful hamlet of Ramponnet, this 3 room flat which can accommodate up to 4 people, is located between the lake and the mountains, just a stone’s throw from the town of Talloires.
Independent accommodation in a house comprising two flats with an independent entrance.
Location
The accommodation is located 15 minutes by car from the lake, 25 km from the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand. Annecy and its magnificent old town are 20 minutes away. Annecy train station is 20-25 minutes away, and Geneva Airport is 50 km away.
The shops of the village:
Bakery-Pastry, 8 to 8, butchers-delicatessens-caterers, wine merchant, café, restaurants, optician, hairdressing salon, pharmacy, tobacco, tea room, bank and post office.
Equipments
To facilitate your arrival you will find tea, coffee and capsules for the Nespresso machine, sugar, salt, pepper, coarse salt and oil. In line with my environmental approach, I provide tablets for the dishwasher, washing-up liquid, washing powder for the washing machine, shower gel, shampoo and cleaning product. All products are organic.

A laundry room shared by the “L’Aulp Riant d’en Bas” and “L’Aulp Riant d’en Haut” accommodations (both in the same house) is at your disposal with a washing machine and a dryer.

On your arrival:
A welcome booklet is at your disposal. On your arrival the beds will be made and the household linen at your disposal.
Pets are not allowed; however, you will meet our cat walking around. She is gentle and quiet.
For the well-being of all, this place is non-smoking with no parties or parties.

In the village of Menthon Saint Bernard and its surroundings you will find: Lifeguarded beaches, a cycle path around the lake, hiking trails for young and old, outdoor tennis courts (clay and hard courts) with organization of training courses, a sailing school, lake swimming lessons, boat rentals in the port, a scuba diving club, paragliding schools offering initiation flights, the 18-hole golf course of Talloires nearby, the castle of Menthon-Saint-Bernard offering tours and many other summer and winter activities.
